- Make a batter with rice flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, gram flour, salt, and water in a mixing dish. Ensure that the batter has a thin consistency. Allow it to rest for a few minutes.
- Place a deep-bottomed pan over medium heat and fill it halfway with water. After the water has come to a boil, add the corn kernels and cook until they are soft.
- Now, using a mixer-grinder, grind the corn kernels with the green chilies and a little water until a smooth paste forms.
- Toss the paste with ordinary flour, coriander leaves, baking soda, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and black pepper powder in a mixing dish. Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Make a smooth dough by adding water to the mixture.
- Roll out small amounts of the freshly formed dough into cylinders. Each roll should be dipped in batter and then bread crumbs.
